Janey (GA) is a female Pit Bull Terrier mix rescued in Georgia. Our veterinary partner estimates that Janey is 8 weeks old at the time of intake in January 2023. Janey is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Janey was wandering all by herself when she was picked up by Animal Control and brought to a shelter.  That's where we found Janey and now the only wandering she will do is in her own backyard with her forever family! This happy, playful, gorgeous girl doesn't know that she's homeless; she just knows how to play, love and cuddle.  We can't wait to see Janey when she knows how it feels to be loved by her forever family!  If your family is Janey's forever family, please apply online to adopt Janey (GA) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.   RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption.
