Valentina (NY) is a female Yorkshire Terrier mix rescued in New York. Our veterinary partner estimates that Valentina is 6 weeks old at the time of intake in mid-February 2023. Valentina is good with people and other dogs.  We swept this adorable pup away from death's door on Valentine's Day after she had been surrendered to a kill shelter with a life threatening injury. Valentina was either going to succumb to her injuries, be euthanized by the shelter because of her injuries, or she was going to get a second chance at a happy life. Fortunately, we were able to pick Door #3 for Valentina!  Valentina's injuries have been surgically repaired, and this oh so sweet little girl will soon be on her way to her happy life.  If your heart beats only for Valentina, please apply online to adopt Valentina (NY) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.   RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption.
