Haley (SC) is a female Plott Hound mix rescued in South Carolina. Our veterinary partner estimates that Haley is 3 months old at the time of rescue in February 2023. Haley is good with people and other dogs. Haley's insecure life likely started the day she was born, and at 3 months old, she was picked up by Animal Control with her front leg wrapped in a trash bag that was concealing a severed paw. The shelter to which Haley was taken marked her as immediate euthanasia because they could not provide the medical treatment she so desperately required. Fortunately, someone called Rescue Dogs Rock NYC, and we immediately got Haley to our veterinary partner to save her life.
