Nesto (TX) is a male Terrier mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Nesto is 3 years old at the time of intake Mar 2023.  Nesto is good with people and other dogs.  This poor boy was abandoned by his owners in a shelter in horrific shape.  How does the people who are supposed to take care of his just let him suffer?  It's a question we'll never get answered but Nesto is on a road to have a happy life in spite of them.  He is a sweet guy who loves the pampering he is getting from the vet.
