Harper (TX) is a female Shepherd mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Harper is 2 years old at the time of intake in April 2023. Harper is good with people and other dogs.  This gorgeous girl is homeless and was doing the best she can to stay alive.  Once we saw her we knew we had to get her medical care for an ear infection and off the streets.  That is no way to live and she deserves the very best. RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption
