Charlie (TX) is a male Terrier rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Charlie is 8 months old at the time of intake April 2023. Charlie is good with people and other dogs. This sweet pup was living on a dirty mattress among garbage on a short tether. Not a life for a beautiful guy like Charlie. A passerby alerted us to his plight and the owner agreed to surrender him.
