Cayden is a Pit Bull Terrier mix. Cayden is 3 years old at the time of intake in May 2023. Cayden is good with people and other dogs. Cayden's story is heartbreaking. He was adopted from a shelter several months ago and recently discovered locked in a crate in his adoptive home, emaciated and very close to death. Cayden is at the emergency vet where they are trying very hard to save Cayden. Although Cayden is only 27 lbs, his desired weight is 55 lbs. As soon as Cayden is healthy and on his way up to his normal weight, this handsome boy will be ready to get his second chance at a happy life.
