Charlie (TX) is a male Terrier mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Charlie is 10 months old at the time of intake Sept 2023.  Charlie is good with people and other dogs.  Charlie just collapsed on the streets in horrific condition totally ignored until a good samaritan spotted him and brought him to safety.  This sweet guy is only a puppy and fending for himself, I think he knows he needs help.  He needs a family who will love him and ensure all his needs are met.
