Emmy (TX) is a female Terrier mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Emmy is 3 months old at the time of intake in November 2023.  Emmy is good with people and other dogs.  How does a  4 pound 3 month old puppy end up homeless?  We can't figure it out and certainly she cannot either but that is a puzzle she doesn't have to worry about.  We know her perfect family has just not crossed her path yet but they will.  Could that be you?
