Jasper (AL) is a male teacup Chihuahua rescued in Alabama. Our veterinary partner estimates that Jasper is 5 months old at the time of intake in November 2023. Jasper is good with people, other dogs and even cats, will be neutered prior to placement in his forever home, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines (age appropriate). We picked up this little cutie from a hoarding situation. Jasper (AL) is a whole lot of love in a teeny, tiny package. He is sweet and friendly and just wants to be your best friend.
