Twinkle (AL) is a female teacup Chihuahua rescued in Alabama. Our veterinary partner estimates that Twinkle is 4 years old at the time of intake in November 2023. Twinkle is good with people, other dogs and even cats. Twinkle was living in a hoarding situation when we rescued her. Twinkle is an adorable little bundle of love who would like to spend the rest of her life in your lap! She is friendly and sweet.
