Cinder(TX) is a female terrier mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Charlie is 5 months old at the time of intake in Nov 2023.  Cinder is good with people and other dogs despite losing her family and litter mates. She was found wandering around in a tunnel drain pipe by herself. She is doing great now and as you can see from the pictures, she learned how to smile again.
