Kaiser (TX) is a male Terrier mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Kaiser  is 2 months old at the time of intake in November 2023. Kaiser is good with people of all ages and other dogs.  Kaiser  was found with his siblings and mother outside barely surviving.
