Dipsy (TX) is a female Schnauzer rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Dipsy is 2 months old at the time of intake in December 2023.  Dipsy is good with people and other dogs.  Dipsy was found with her brother and sister after being abandoned. Who does that to babies?
