Sissy (TX) is a female thought to be a terrier mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Sissy is 3 years old at the time of intake in March 2024. Sissy is good with people and other dogs. Sissy was found almost dead on a blanket abused and neglected. RDR has been her saving grace. She has gotten the medical attention  and TLC she needs.
