Nellie (AL) is a female Yorkshire Terrier estimated to be 10 years old at the time of intake in April 2024. Nellie is up to date on core vaccines and is microchipped. She will be spayed prior to placement in her forever home unless  there is a medical reason why it has not yet been completed (in which case RDR NYC will work with the adopter to ensure this is done at the appropriate time).  Nellie's age is guesstimated as she is still being evaluated by our veterinary partner. Nellie came into rescue a matted mess with some medical issues which are being evaluated. She is blind. Despite all of that, Nellie is a happy girl who is looking for her forever person to love her for the rest of her life. We will update Nellie's medical condition when we have more information.
