Hazel (GA) is a female Boston Terrier/French Bulldog mix estimated to be 5 years old at the time of intake in November 2024. Hazel is up to date on core vaccinations and is microchipped. She will be spayed prior to joining her forever home unless there is a medical reason why it has not been performed (in which case RDR NYC will work with the adopter to ensure this is done at the appropriate time). Hazel was pulled out of a shelter where she was emaciated and suffering from urine burns on her body, infections on her feet and an assortment of other ailments, including a broken tail, as a result of extreme abuse and neglect. Hazel is being treated at our veterinary partner where she will stay until she is all healed up and ready to find her forever home. Hazel is incredibly sweet, and she's great with people and other dogs.
