Meet Cotton, a 3-year-old Poodle mix from Georgia with the gentlest soul and the heart of a survivor. This sweetheart was found wandering alone, injured and in pain—two rubber bands cruelly cutting off circulation to his foot. But even in the face of such unkindness, Cotton’s spirit remained unbroken. He’s now receiving top-notch veterinary care, and his healing journey has begun. Cotton’s story is one of resilience. Despite everything, he greets people with a wagging tail and eyes full of trust. He’s friendly, affectionate, and ready to shower his future family with unconditional love. Now all he needs is a home where he’ll be cherished forever. RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue.  All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption.
