Chestnut is a bundle of love who would love to go for a run with you and then cuddle on the couch. He is around 2 years old, 55-60 pounds. Even after the tough life he came from, Chestnut is a loving boy who adores people, which includes children (he does great with children, and he knows not to jump on them...he just wants to be petted and loved), and he"s good with cats (he currently lives with cats), he is also good with other dogs, he just needs a moment to figure out the other dogs he meets. Chestnut is a brilliant, house (and curb!) trained boy who has quickly learned the rules and commands taught to him (he knows sit, stay, down...he's a fast learner!), and we are currently working on his leash manners. Chestnut is crate trained (he does give a pitiful sad face when you tell him to go into his crate, but he is well behaved when in there) Chestnut loves life and doesn't waste a second smothering his foster mom with kisses for giving him a second chance. You can literally see the smile on his face. Chestnut is a smart, friendly, lovable boy who is going to make a lucky family very happy.
