I knew I was in luck the moment Wallace stepped off of the Doggie Caravan from GA. Reggie, stepped off, wagged his tail like there was no tomorrow and was grateful to be in good hands. He was happy, full of love and clearly has no ill feelings towards anyone after the horrific things that humans had done to him in the past. Having him in my home for a week and a half now I can provide a little insight into Reggie aka Wallace. This little guy is a love bug, loves everyone, loves all dogs and interested in having a relationship with a cat that doesn’t want to reciprocate. He follows me from room to room, he lays at my feet when I sit and watch TV. He plays like a pup but not too rambunctious. He has been around a variety of dogs recently. My dogs are older and very chill and Reggie respects that… he seems to adapt to their personalities. He’s chill with them. On the other hand when he has the opportunity to play with my son’s rescue dog who is young and energetic, Reggie steps up the speed and plays full force. It’s almost as if he adapts to the playmate at hand. He apparently is housebroken as he has not had an accident in the house. He does all of his business outdoors which is wonderful for a pup. He is also crate trained – my guess is that he spent quite a bit of time at the vet in a cage healing after his ordeal. He knows sit, he takes his treats very nice from your hand… it’s clear that he wants to please you and do the right thing. When Reggie looks at you, you just can’t help but see the love this guy has inside of him. He is truly grateful to be in a home where is he loved and I think that is the only thing that he asks of his forever family… he in turn will be your forever love bug. PLEASE ADOPT Wallace today:)
