Cecilia is the biggest puppy, and the only girl. She is a little puppy model! She's got a lot to say and quite a big personality. All she wants is to be around people. If she hears you in the room she runs around whimpering until you pick her up. She's very attentive and loves to play. She's a mischievous one already.
