Charlie was found in a ditch a few days ago in Laurens, SC. He's emaciated, has a badly broken hip/leg, has a front paw w nails ripped out .

 
Charlie is headed up North to our vet today. Once on his way to recovery he will be in need of a home.
 
Charlie is only 33lbs, about a year old. He loves people and other dogs.
