Meet Blitzen, a shy 4 year old that was found roaming the streets in NC. Blitzen is a very friendly dog who loves head scratches, a good back scratch and to just be with you. He is shy at first but once he sees that you will shower him in affection he will come right to you. Blitzen is a Shepherd mix that weighs 55-60 pounds.
