Scarlet is approximately 9 years old, and is recovering from emaciation. She is up to date on shots, and good with all people and other dogs. Scarlet is believed to have a nuerological condition called vestibular disease, that results in a head tilt. This does not detract from her beauty at all! It simply means she may always tilt her head. Scarlet is a dear girl, who truly needs someone to show her love and give her companionship.
