Bella Rose was found weighing 23 pounds, so emaciated and dehydrated that she cannot walk. Our hearts are shattered for what she must have gone through. We are told she is very sweet and good with other dogs. She is currently on fluids and being given multiple small meals so as not to upset her tummy. Bella Rose is a good girl, who needs a chance to feel better and show all of us how pretty she truly is!
