Hi, my name is LANA. I am about 2 years old and 38 pounds. I came to NJ from Alabama with my 3 adorable babies and they have all found their Forever Families and so I am ready to find mine! When I came to my foster home, I was very nervous. I did not have much interaction with humans before then. It helps me to have my foster brothers and sister to show me the ropes. When they go to my foster mom, than I go to my foster mom. When they play outside, than I play outside…I follow them everywhere. I Loooove other dogs!!!!!! I would love a forever home with another balanced dog to play with. It takes me a while to warm up to new dogs (again with the trust issues!), but rest assured that I will be their best friend! I am totally submissive to my foster siblings. I just need a little bit of time and patience. My foster mom really loves me and always says that I am sweet as pie! She is surprised that I have never growled at her or anyone for that matter! Even when she chased me around her property for an hour to get me inside on my first night here, I was afraid, but I never growled. I had my babies underneath me when she finally cornered me (with the help of 3 friends) in her yard. She slipped the lead over my head and she said that she knew that I was a good dog that very moment because I didn’t growl. I try to be a good girl always. I am house broken, crate trained and walk easily on a leash. I am friendly (but a little cautious) with strangers that approach me on walks. And Boy, do people approach me!
