Our girl Happy has come such a long way. She was found in horrible conditions with her ribs and spine showing and a chain still connected to her neck. We can't even imagine the life of neglect and starvation she was living. We immediately took her to our vet partner where she received all the medical care she needed to be healthy enough to go to her foster home. And here is our Happy today!
