Zulu Bear almost did not escape the high kill facility that she was at. We received an urgent plea to help, she was going on her last walk, and it was the walk of death. A fellow advocate pulled her and we agreed to take her. Zulu Bear is good with kids, cats, and other dogs. She is about 45 pounds, a female pit mix. It looks like she might have had babies at one time (at least), her partner was killed. We want a fairy tale ending for Zulu Bear.  Her foster mom says" she is very lovable. listens very well to what you say. I don't have to ever crate her. She has never chewed anything except for her toys. She sleeps with me in bed, probably not a good thing for some but she lays her head on my shoulder, gives me a goodnight kiss and then spoons. She just loves the affection. can't get enough of it.
