Harper is a 3 month old boy who found himself in dire straits at a high kill facility in the south. Welcome to the Rescue Dogs Rock NYC Family, Harper! He is up to date on shots and will be neutered prior to going into any adoptive home. He is good with all people of all ages and sizes, and good with other dogs, cats are an unknown.
