Tanner is a 5 year old senior that was neglected and dumped at a high kill facility. He suffers with dry eye, dermatitus, and his nails were so overgrown that they curled under almost into the pads of his feet. NO ONE is a throw away baby, not to us here at Rescue Dogs Rock NYC. This poor boy deserves to live out the rest of his life with dignity, and we are going to give him that.
