Mark is a 1 year old hound mix. He was hit by a car and left on the side of the road. After pulling him to rescue, x-rays revealed he had multiple fractures. He was rushed to our NY orthopedic surgeon where we were told he will need surgery for 2 broken legs and shattered pelvis. He is currently receiving physical therapy and has made great progress in regaining the use of his leg. His foster mom says this about him: " He's an easy going smart puppy, drops to the floor for belly rubs, knows sit and is fully house trained. Mark lives with a 7lb chihuahua who he is ever so gentle with. He also lives with 2 children ages 4&5 who use him as a pillow and he eats up the attention. He doesn't bark at people or other dogs and doesn't chew things that don't belong to him
