Rover (TX) is a male American Staffie mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Rover is 3  years old at the time of intake in August 2024. Rover is good with people and other dogs. Rover was found skin and bones fighting to stay alive. RDR has taken him in and he is thriving now! He can still smile despite all he has endured. He is a true fighter and would love to have endless treats, long walks, and a big pile of toys to pick from!
