Elmo is a 5 month old boy found in the woods around the Houston Texas area. He appears to have mange and secondary skin/eye infections due to untreated mange. We have rushed him to our veterinary partners where he is receiving treatment. Elmo is good with all people and other dogs, and he will be up to date on shots and neutered prior to placement in his forever home.
