Fred was found as a stray in NY and was brought to rescue. Fred is a Silky Terrier, who weighs 18 pounds and thought to be between 3 and 5 years old. Fred is up to date on shots and will be neutered prior to placement in his forever home. He is a very friendly boy, great with people of all ages and with other dogs.
