Sammy comes to rescue from a hoarding situation in Texas. He is 10 months old, 11 pounds, and thought to be a Jack Russel Terrier/Japanese Chin mix. Sammy is up to date on shots (age appropriate) and will be neutered prior to placement in his forever home. His foster mom says:  When I first picked him up I called him "Sammy Stone" because he would lay so stiff. He quickly warmed up and LOVES belly rubs and giving kisses.
