Meet Tarragon!  Tarragon came into rescue from Texas where we were able to save him and his littermates out of a severe hoarding situation. This family of rat terrier mix puppies are cute and sweet each with their own special markings! Tarragon was born in April 2019 and has a white chest and mostly black body.  He loves to get attention and when he's not rolling around playing with his siblings he's content to just chill out and relax.  Tarragon will make a great companion and friend.  If you would like to give Tarragon a loving home, please fill out an application at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.  Tarragon will be neutered and up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations prior to adoption.
