This is Felix! Felix is a male Shepherd/Chow mix who was born in November 2019 and rescued in Texas.  Felix and his siblings didn't have a very good start in life as they were born under a porch on a freezing day and remained there for six weeks until Rescue Dogs Rock NYC was able to rescue them.  Felix's life is now guaranteed to be happy and safe.  Felix is an adorable black pup with an angel dusting of white on his chest.  He is a little shy except when it comes to food--he's first to the food bowl and the first to go back to sleep!  He is good with people of all ages and other dogs and will make a wonderful addition to any home.
